Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and possess strong sales acumen across various segments including hotel groups, sports and leisure groups, corporate groups, and extended stay guests. This position will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales (DOS) who operates within a corporate multi-property environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process for multiple hotels within the Bridgewater Hotel Group portfolio, including IHG, Hilton, Marriott, and Independent Hotels.
  • Coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from various clientele segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each hotel property.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our hotels.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for analysis.
  • Support the DOS in achieving revenue targets and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within a multi-property environment.
  • Proven knowledge of the RFP process and experience in responding to RFPs.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and demonstrated success in driving sales within the hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.78 - $25.03 per hour
