Job Description

Midnight Shift beginning 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, M-F nights (off Saturday and Sunday nights).

Ensures cheese is placed in brine, forms washed, clean and package the cheese for the warm cellar. This includes working at a variety of workstations to enable job rotation.

Physical Requirements:

• Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50# repeatedly.
• Must stand or walk during the entire shift.
• Ability to follow directions.
