Job Duties:

• Prepare individual tax returns and ensure their proper, accurate, and timely submission.
• Prioritize cases appropriately and work diligently.
• Communicate with clients regarding their tax preparation services.
• Inform clients of important paperwork and documentation needed to complete tax returns properly.
• Easily obtain $500 in bonuses per month!!

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of Tax preparation experience
• MUST HAVE CTEC Licensed (Active/Renewed) & PTIN
• A manager based on-site is essential, equipped with a comprehensive training agenda to enhance the preparers' expertise.
• Familiar with Schedules A, B, C, D, and E preparation and nuances
• Experience with completing amended tax returns.
• Ability to use analysis to ask meaningful fact-finding questions when presented with limited tax information/source documents.
• Knowledge of accounting processes
• Skilled using tax preparation software and experienced in troubleshooting common tax program problems.
• Book keeping is a huge bonus
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience consulting tax handbooks or other printed materials to determine the proper procedure for preparing challenging returns.
• Strong written and communications skills
