Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used

- Supervise contractors when necessary to ensure quality workmanship

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:

- Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge

- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management System

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using logic controllers

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
