Oversees marketing team in strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. Relays information between upper management and department employees regarding budgets and daily procedures. Oversees implementation of marketing campaigns to promote GreenPoint Ag products. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Define strategies for audience segmentation that target key customer groups.
Utilize data and analytics to create detailed customer personas.
Continuously refine and optimize segmentation strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Customer Experience Enhancement
Analyze and improve the digital customer journey and user experience on digital platforms.
Utilize customer feedback and analytics to make data-driven improvements.
Content Strategy and Management
Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging digital content.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Execute personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences and behaviors of different segments.
SEO and SEM Management
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns.
Technology and Tools Management
Evaluate and implement digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance capabilities.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
Project Management
Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all digital channels.
Training and Development
Mentor and train team members on digital marketing best practices and new technologies.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervises, hires, trains, provides work direction, and problem-solving assistance for employees. Also oversees the daily operations of other staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field; Master’s degree in marketing or business administration helpful
Must have 5 years of marketing experience; experience in the agriculture industry helpful
