HITS LLC, the leading producer of world-class hunter/jumper horse shows across America, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the seasonal role of Janitor / Cleaning Staff Members at our HITS Hudson Valley Location in Saugerties, NY . This person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility from April - October 2024, with the opportunity for full-time work at other locations

Candidates should have a strong work ethic and be willing to address projects quickly and effectively. They will need to be comfortable working with a crew of 4-6 additional workers. The Cleaning Staff along with additional workers will be in charge of cleaning the indoors and outdoors of an equestrian facility.

Immediate temporary seasonal positions available for the upcoming horseshow season that runs from January - October 2024.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Maintaining a manicured and pristine property including leaf blowing, power washing, sweeping, mowing, limb clean-up, etc.
• Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors
• Sanitizing: Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces
• Restrooms: Cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking restrooms
• Trash: Removing waste and emptying trash

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Own mode of transportation
• Employment references
• Willing to work on a team
• Must be able to lift at least 50 LBs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability during Horse Shows
