Our new INEOS Grenadier dealership located in Silver Spring, MD is now hiring an Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and talented Service Advisor to assist in leading our growing Service department by providing the highest quality service and customer satisfaction.

Our automotive Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. As well as assisting the Service Manager in daily tasks.

- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints

- Increase RO performance within the Dealership
- Maintain a positive work environment that can translate into customer satisfaction

- Assist in managing a busy Fixed Operations / Service department

- Minimum of 3 years of automotive experience in the Fixed Operations / Service Department

- Must have valid driver’s license; with 2 or fewer moving violations
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment and build relationships with clients to ensure high level of customer service, return business and referrals
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Ability to multitask and follow up
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills
