We are looking for a highly qualified LPC to support our clinical program. Our clinical staff provide services to clients in our school-based mental health service programs through outpatient counseling and group counseling sessions and assist in providing clinical interventions and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical paperwork for integrity, mastery, and completion
• Research, acquire, and record resources for staff and self growth
• Provide clinical supervision to Harvest employees
• Provide feedback and guidance to staff in relation to therapeutic value of ISP strategies and interventions and collaborate with staff concerning ISP creation
• Support quality assurance programing
• Will be an INTEGRAL part of the clinical team
• Is culturally competent & values working on a team that values diversity & growth
• Is passionate about providing mental health services
