An established Pediatric office is looking for a certified child social worker to join our practice.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

- Must speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field, ideally has experiences working with children or adolescent.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker
- Experience working with children and families in a social work setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling and collaboration with clients and other professionals
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Experience in providing individual, group, and family counseling services
- Knowledge of psychotherapy principles and techniques
