Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of residential remodeling projects from initiation to completion.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Communicating effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Supervising on-site construction activities and resource allocation, to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and utilizing checklists for efficient project management.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Managing and leading a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
• Implementing quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in project management or residential interior remodeling ( 7 years), with a preference for demonstrated expertise in the field.
• A college degree is not required; however, a strong foundation in construction management or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.
• Detail-oriented approach with an affinity for maintaining structured checklists and project documentation.
• Ability to balance office and field work, demonstrating adaptability and hands-on project oversight.
• Willingness to train and support the professional development of team members.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as JobTread, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging technology for efficient task completion.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Salary and Benefits: 

• Full Time
• Salary at $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
