The Hampton Inn by Hilton Pontiac is looking for Front Desk Agents to add to our strong team! We are looking for those who are willing to develop our team culture, utilizing their skills to create an environment dedicated to thoughtful and attentive service with a focus customer experience. Job requires weekend shifts and open availability and the hours range from 7am-3pm and from 3pm-11pm.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent are required to perform these duties:

Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, answer phones, registration of guests, collects payments, makes, confirms, and cancels reservations, uses suggestive selling skills and company sales programs to maximize revenue and occupancy levels, reports all service complaints to management, wear proper uniform and nametag at all times, and always provide friendly and courteous service to each and every guest you come in contact with!

Qualification Standards

Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift.

Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision.

Must be able to work with industrial laundry equipment, cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Must be dependable and have open availability. Weekends and holidays required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.75 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
