The Bar Back is a crucial role at our sports bar and restaurant, responsible for keeping the dining area clean and organized. This individual will work alongside our servers and kitchen staff to clear and reset tables, refill drinks, and assist with any other tasks necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team. Qualifications

▪ Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.

▪ Have general knowledge of the restaurant, bar and seating chart.

▪ Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

▪ Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

Responsibilities

▪ Stock bar and server supplies as needed.

▪ Assist the bartenders and servers wherever needed.

▪ Run food to tables.

▪ Bus and Pre-Bus Tables.

▪ Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, bar, patio, and restroom facilities.

▪ Assist management with projects as they arise.

▪ Security (Door Person) if needed.

▪ Set up and tear down of special events, dinner buffets and private parties.

▪ Trash/Recyclable removal from building.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
