Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our afternoon schedule. This role is crucial in directing leads to the best programs and connecting with our current members. Initially offered as a part-time opportunity, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate, based on performance and the evolving needs of our gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the new leads, appointments and confirmations
• Act as the main point of contact for all members who are looking to purchase merchandise
• Handle administrative duties, such as registration, attendance tracking, and communication efforts.
• Collaborate with staff on office organization and tasks
• Maintain inventory control of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and quality.
• Promote and uphold the values of Gracie Barra, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all.

Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing various tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience in administration or customer service, preferably within an educational or recreational context. Preferably with similar experience in summer camps or child-focused programs.
• Must pass background checks through our ADP software.
• Active CPR and AED certifications are required.
• A passion for working with children and an appreciation for structured recreational activities.
• Team player with the ability to lead, showing initiative and independence when necessary.
• Familiarity with standard office software and administrative systems.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday, from 3 PM to 7:30 PM. The role has the potential to become full-time, depending on the candidate's performance.
