Job Description and Scope:

CUSTODIAN

The custodian will perform general upkeep and cleaning of the facilities. This includes but is not limited to production areas, offices, property cleaning, garbage removal, cardboard compacting, plastic disposal, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in maintaining all buildings and grounds in top condition.

● Maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in all projects.

● Remove trash, broken product, cardboard, plastic, pulp, and any other clutter from offices, restrooms, and production areas.

● Touch-up painting, replacement of bulbs, vacuuming, polishing, sanitizing, and other cleaning duties.

● Must work as a team with other employees.

● Keep a clean and neat work area.

● Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

● Must be able to work in various physical positions and lift heavy items.

● Must be comfortable being on feet for long periods and walking regularly.

● Must be able to complete forklift safety certification and properly operate all types of forklifts/

● Be able to adapt to changing assignments.

● Good communication abilities.

Preferred Experience:

● High School Diploma

● Forklift Experience / Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
