Great Lakes Investment Advisors, a financial services firm with a thriving office in Midland MI is seeking a proactive and organized individual with an outgoing and friendly personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls and check voicemail
· Manage calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings and appointments
· Maintain and organize office files and documentation
· Welcome visitors in a warm manner
· Sort and handle mail
· Create and maintain welcome packs, foil mailers and thank you cards
· Take inventory and/or order office supplies as needed
· Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, newsletters and social media sites
· Help with the planning and execution of client events and campaigns
· Enter client information into CRM system
· Clean and prepare meeting rooms prior to visits
· Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Proven experience working in an administrative role (Required)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
· Prior experience working in financial advisory industry (Preferred)
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality
