JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver above-and-beyond service from the perspective of a business owner or key decision maker.

· Expand upon while actively managing relationships within an existing client portfolio related to Treasury Management Services.

· Actively seek out new opportunities and be involved in the marketplace.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

· Collaborate with the existing Treasury Management Specialists and local commercial team to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking and/or related fields with transferable skills (business development, financial analysis, etc.). None of those but you've been part of running a business? Let's talk!

· Strong understanding of treasury management services and financial solutions preferred. The right candidate will receive training on bank-specific products, services, and processes.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Outgoing and proactive in seeking new business opportunities.

· Understanding of basic daily financial management needs of a business.

· Established level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
