Overview :
Global Risk Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Armed Security Professional to join our team for a hostile termination assignment.
This role requires utmost discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively. The assignment is scheduled for Wednesday, May 29th, with the potential for additional coverage on Thursday and Friday (May 30th and 31st).
Responsibilities :
- Arrive on-site at 6 AM and park in a designated area.
- Position yourself discreetly nearby (e.g., down the hall or in an adjacent office) to monitor the termination meeting.
- Maintain a low profile while being ready to intervene if necessary.
- Monitor the employee's demeanor and conduct during the termination process to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Ensure the confidentiality and sensitivity of the situation.
- Communicate effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders present.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in armed security or related fields.
- Prior experience in handling hostile terminations or similar high-stress situations.
- Excellent observational and situational awareness skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially volatile situations with professionalism.
- Valid armed security license and relevant certifications.
- Military or law enforcement background preferred.
- Must be able to blend seamlessly into the office environment (e.g., wear appropriate attire as specified).
Compensation :
- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
- Potential for additional assignments based on performance.
- Potential for being added to our company reserve roster to receive further opportunities.
