Summary:

Goldschmitt and Associates is seeking an Intake Analyst I to perform a variety of support services to include Intake and Case Analyst functions within the VSBC program as well as Intake Analyst (pre-screen) and Case Analyst functions for the Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), 8a and HUBZone Programs.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Accomplishing the case intake process following all provided IGPM. Intake analysts will verify that all required documents by business type are properly submitted in the system. The intake analyst will verify that all documents submitted are of a quality to allow the assessment phase to begin. This includes quality control to ensure forms and documents are responsive to questions and filled completely, properly signed and dated, with no missing pages, etc.

2. Analyzing documents and responses provided by VSBC, WOSB, 8a and HUBZone applicants for relevance and quality to determine whether/or not to recommend certification or denial.

3. Determining and notating whether/or not each application has all required and correct documents necessary for the Agency to make a sufficient final case determination, based on applicant inputs and uploads, regulatory requirements, and IGPM.

4. Confirming the areas of deficiency in an application such that the Agency can accurately provide a communication to applicants and representatives which will collect additional required documents, clarifying information, and resolve document discrepancies via the deficiency notice process, message process, withdrawal, process, removal process, messaging process with Veteran applicants as necessary to move cases forward.

5. Reviewing supplemental submissions by applicants to determine whether/or not they are responsive to the deficiencies previously identified.

6. Delivering a recommendation to the Agency within no more than 30 days of contractor time, i.e., Application is "Complete" or the application is deficient and/or needs more information. An application is "complete" when any deficiencies have been addressed and/or the case is ready for a recommendation by the Analyst. Each recommendation and its justification must be clearly documented within the established case management system. A process for the execution and closeout phases of the project, to address all stages necessary to develop and complete deliverables

7. Major milestones and a detailed process for identifying, analyzing, and approving changes.
