As a sales representative, you will cultivate and grow retail account relationships through effective planning, selling execution and communication resulting in the achievement of company objectives. You Must be detail and results oriented, deadline driven with excellent verbal communication skill and the ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team. You are Responsible for calling on all accounts on a daily route and creating an established and efficient routing pattern. Analyzing your entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company’s priorities and customer needs to include selling display ideas, new products, cold box and shelve placement. Having a clear understanding of the products on sale and being able to decipher which ones are most suitable for a store’s location and consumer base. You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile to effectively visit and service your accounts. A weekly stipend will be provided per payroll to cover gas and car expenses.
JOB SUMMARY: An employee in this position will be calling on major retailers such as Publix, Winn Dixie, Fresco Y mas, Walmart, Total wine and more, and any other potential new major chains. Upon hiring, you will be trained in your new route or asked to visit another route for training. If asked to travel for training, hotel and traveling expenses will be included in the compensation. Training will be provided for four weeks by your immediate supervisor. The number one objective in this position is to increase sales in each individual account. Some accounts in each route may already be open and contain products which you can build upon. Other accounts on the route may not carry our authorized products and will require you to open that account. It will be the sales representative’s responsibility to determine the most sufficient way to run a route and map out a daily routine.
