A return coordinator works to resolve issues with items that are returned from our customers. You will be responsible for processing returns for both customers and suppliers. The position will have you corresponding directly with multiple departments within our company including ownership, sales, purchasing, quality assurance, and warehousing.

You will handle incoming correspondence with the customer to determine the issues with the product, issuing RMA's, receiving the actual returns, and working with quality assurance on the specific issues with the product. You will be tasked with organizing returns and keeping accurate, detailed records. You will need to look over return data and make sure that they are accurate; this data may be presented to other parties within the company to help improve product efficiency.

You will work in an office setting and warehouse environment. You must be comfortable in both and good to get your hands dirty as needed. The ability to lift 35 lbs is required. Knowledge of quality assurance and the ability to read a manufacturing print is required. You will need to have a basic understanding of measurement tools such as a caliper, micrometer, pin and thread gauges, etc.

The minimum educational requirement for this position generally includes an associate's degree in business or a related field; Additionally, relevant experience in a similar role is typically needed. The individual must have experience using ERP software (Oracle Netsuite preferred) to be able to analyze data in an objective and organized manner. prior experience with RMA's, credits, and debits is a must. Must have intermediate computer skills including Windows-based software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
