FRIDAY STAFFING SERVICES is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Asheville, NC
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Proficient in operating forklifts with a valid forklift operator certification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Skilled in disassembling, repairing, and replacing damaged machining parts.
- Experience working on circuit boards.
- Experience operating general tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
We are actively interview for the following shifts:
- 2nd Shift - 2pm to 10:30pm Mon to Fri with OT on Saturday
- 2nd Shift - 3pm to 11pm Mon to Fri
- 3rd Shift - 10pm to 6:30am Mon to Fri with OT on Saturday
- 12hr PM Shift 5pm to 5am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
