Think you’re a fit for Evotix? 
As a Director of Digital Demand Generation, you will build and develop a team that designs and executes world class demand generation, product marketing and content marketing programs.
The successful candidate will possess strategic and analytical marketing acumen along with a proven track record of owning digital strategy (SEO, paid, website), managing marketing budgets and KPI’s, and growing product adoption.
The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Director of Digital Demand Generation includes:
Pipeline Generation:
  • Deliver consistent pipeline contribution to support monthly bookings targets and drive funnel conversion;
  • Embrace a metrics-driven approach to tracking, assessing and interpreting pipeline results;
  • Set & meet targets by product and geography;
  • Own the process for development and execution of Evotix’s strategy for acquiring, nurturing, and expanding qualified leads to convert to opportunities.
Digital Marketing:
  • Recommend and oversee digital strategy (website, paid, SEO, campaign), while mentoring team members and guiding day-to-day decision making;
  • Continuously identify, evaluate and test new channels, strategies and tactics;
  • Experiment with a wide array of ever-changing digital and traditional mediums and develop methods to understand and improve effectiveness;
  • Manage and guide website strategy to increase inbound lead volume and drive conversions.
ABM:
  • Create highly customized marketing campaigns and content for target accounts;
  • Work cross-functionally with sales to align on account strategies and communicate ABM campaign performance;
  • Work and manage relationship with external firm focused on ABM.
Marketing Operations:
  • Own and manage systems used for marketing campaigns and measurement including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc;
  • Lead the charge on automating critical elements of marketing including lead scoring and nurture campaigns;
  • Have a solid understanding of lead flow from HubSpot to Salesforce and know the right reports to be reviewing on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure attainment of opportunity count.
Sales Enablement:
  • Work closely with SDR teams to improve conversion rates and lead handling processes;
  • Educate SDR teams on lead sources and campaigns to ensure outreach messaging alignment.
What you’ll bring to the table: 
  • Analytical-Minded - You’re an expert at tracking, analyzing and interpreting relevant pipeline metrics. You are always focused on connecting marketing efforts to business results, specifically revenue, and not just top of funnel vanity metrics.
  • Leadership Experience - You’ve led a fast-paced marketing team before and know how to empower your team to own and execute initiatives. You excel at coaching and developing your direct reports through ongoing feedback, 1-on-1s, and formal training.
  • Disciplined Execution – You never overlook the details, and work backward from an objective to set and accomplish appropriate milestones. You hold your team accountable to established KPIs and are always looking to optimize your internal processes
  • Technical Experience - You have mastery over marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce and know how to extract data from these platforms to make better marketing decisions. You’re experienced with owning and managing all elements of the marketing tech stack, from digital ad platforms, to marketing automation, to analytics tools.
  • Results Oriented – You always have your eye on the desired final outcome. You have a track record of delivering the result, not just activity and you see things through to completion.
  • Excellent Communicator – You are crisp, articulate and have the ability to share relevant and concise narratives with Evotix leadership and internal teams. You’re comfortable and confident at sharing updates about marketing results and direction with the rest of the company.
