Supply Chain Associate Job Summary

RK Supply is a rapidly expanding distributor of pipe, valves, and fittings for oil and gas operators in Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. RK’s supply chain team manages demand planning and distribution of inventory for all RK distribution centers and retail locations.

RK is currently seeking supply chain associates to join the company.

Supply Chain Associate Duties and Responsibilities

• New hires would be placed into a training rotation covering distribution, store, and capital project operations, as well as parts identification, ERP system navigation, and demand planning.
• After training rotations are completed, associates will be placed in full time supply chain positions that best fit company needs and individual strengths.
• Full time needs will include inventory evaluation, retail location stock management, inventory audit, and full company distribution forecasting.
• Review and file vendor contracts
• Schedule deliveries
• Track shipments
• Maintain purchase order reports and update stores on distribution center orders
• Review daily store ordering from the distribution center

Supply Chain Associate Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Reliable transportation

All jobs will initially be based in Midland, TX. Pay will be based on previous experience, with required training provided by RK.
