Job Overview:

Have you ever wanted to make a difference for someone needing help with ADLs (activities of daily living)? We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in patient's health status
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals

Experience:

- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not needed
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with senior care and working with people with developmental disabilities
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records while using an app to clock in and out
- Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
