Position Overview

Ferrari of New England is currently seeking a skilled and professional Parts Counterperson. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with an exclusive, Italian brand while also teaming up with factory-trained technicians in the luxury automotive field. This individual is responsible for selling parts, accessories, and merchandise to customers over the counter, through the website, or on the phone, and for ordering necessary parts for the Service Department Technicians. This is a customer-facing position and this role interacts with many different individuals internally and externally. The successful candidate will be an exemplary brand ambassador and a collaborative member of our team.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years Auto Dealership Parts Department experience

Minimum 2 years of European car experience helpful

Italian marque certification a plus; however, experience across other luxury brands is certainly also a plus

A valid driver's license in good standing is required
