An Energy Advisor works in the Sales department to help customers achieve their goals in energy efficiency, basement waterproofing and indoor air quality and comfort upgrades. The Advisor is skilled in interpersonal communication, knowledgeable about home construction and building science, and experienced in sales and customer service.

The Advisor is effective at his/her job by being highly organized, self-directed, and disciplined. He/she provides prompt and warm customer communication and has excellent sales, verbal, writing, and computer skills.

Energy Advisor meets customers in their homes, assesses energy efficiency needs using building science diagnostics, recommends solutions, and works entire sales process through contracting, production hand-off, and project-end quality assurance review.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to navigate in small spaces (e.g. attics and crawlspaces)
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to wear respirator
• Ability to lift and carry 35 lb.

• Valid Class C driver’s license
