Familias First has an exciting opportunity as a Case Manager for individuals with special needs and their families. Our company is looking for caring individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Case Managers supervise caseloads of clients under the supervision of BCBAs.

Job summary

• Provide consultation / support to Direct Service Provider implementing behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and update clients behavior plans accordingly
• Schedule meetings with caregivers and team to go over the individual goals
• Address parents’ concerns regarding services
• Collect and develop progress reports under a BCBA supervision.
• Provide parent /caregiver trainings
• Conducts coordination of care with other professionals for the benefit of the client treatment
• Meeting with the Program Manager /BCBA in monthly basis to go over your caseload
• Provides opportunities to client for inclusion in the community

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development with one year of experience
• Bachelors in Psychology or related field w/ 2 years of experience
• Must have 1 years in ABA experience
• Bilingual is a plus - Spanish and Cantonese
• Pass a TB test
• Ability to drive to client or staff locations
• BCBA or BCaBA preferred
