Early Morning Hours / Monday - Friday, 6am-11am and Saturday/Sunday, 7am-12pm

Position Summary:

• Warmly welcome guests and assist them with finding everything they need to start their day right
• Prep, prepare, maintain, and restock all breakfast items regularly
• Maintain clean breakfast area, kitchen, lobby, and public spaces
• Perform job duties efficiently and safely
• Assist with additional duties as directed
• Must be available to work early morning shifts (usual breakfast start is 6am promptness is a must.)
• Flexible to work a varied schedule based on business levels
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
• Good verbal communication skills and professional presentation
• Ability to lift, push and pull moderate amount of weight
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
• Providing personalized service to all guests
• Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices from concentrates
• Stocking coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Wiping up spills
• Returning reusable food supplies to storage
• Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors
• Listening and responding to guests’ requests and complaints
