1st Shift Operator

We are looking for a responsible, organized & driven candidate to operate dipping machines at our investment casting facility. This position is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday, Training will take place for the first few weeks.

Job description –

· Control and assist manufacturing robotic arm when dipping jobs in slurry tanks.

· Run complete production line each day (Takes 8 hrs. to complete)

· Log all operations in production monitoring computer program.

· Log and sign off on all paperwork.

· Check slurry viscosity twice daily.

· Mix new slurry to add in tanks.

· Highly detailed attention must be paid to each part to assure no dipping defects (this is critical).

· Maintain cleanliness around robot.

Candidates must be-

· Organized, responsible, alert, and self-sufficient once trained.

· Able to read and understand written directions.

· Able to use computerized production tracking devices.

· Maintain job logs, fill out maintenance requests.

· Keep working area clean.

· Wear safety equipment, like gloves, goggles, and dust masks.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Able to pass drug screening.
