Firefly manufactures the world’s best concession trailers and experiential marketing vehicles. Located in Los Angeles, California, our facility is a one-stop shop to design, build, wrap, and repair mobile businesses.
We are currently hiring a proven sales professional to help our business scale. This is an ideal position for a Spanish / English bilingual salesperson with a minimum of three years of inside sales experience plus some hands-on experience cooking in a commercial kitchen. The successful candidate will take a consultative approach to selling utilizing questions, active listening and customer education to create a value added sale.
Get up and running fast with our target customer profiles, CRM software, sales operations support, shadowing on current sales, and a crash course in food trailers. We’ll establish clear goals and a compensation structure that rewards closing both new deals and generating repeat business. For reference, a food trailer sale at Firefly averages $67,000.
Once you’re achieving target close rates and effectively managing existing leads, we will increase our Facebook and Google Ads campaign budgets to provide even more leads. While this position will not focus on outside sales initially, there could be room to grow into a business development role.
