Finelight Media is Hiring an Inside Media Sales Executive (FT) Near Boynton, FL
Job Summary:
Exciting Inside Media Sales Position with an established International publishing company opening a brand-new division in South Florida.
Location: Boynton Beach, FL.
Salary: $50,000 p.a. Basic salary with annual revenue targets to increase by 10%.
OTE $75,000 - $85,000 in first year, $85,000 - $100,000 from second year onwards.
Hours of Work: MONDAY to FRIDAY 8:30AM-5PM (30mins for lunch).

The Role:
Due to ongoing international expansion, we are currently looking for a driven and motivated, telephone based, B2B Sales Executive to join our brand-new Florida office.
The job comes with the opportunity of starting on the ground floor, with room for quick advancement as we only promote from within, and an uncapped commission structure.
This dynamic role involves making both cold and warm telephone, email, and LinkedIn based contact with senior executives across North America.
You should have the ability to make initial contact, utilize your sales skills by building a professional relationship with your clients, and then to sell them a premium product within our established, multi award-winning, North American publications.
Who are we looking for: The correct individual for the role should have:
Some experience in outbound sales, preferably in a telephone-based environment.
Be self-motivated with ambition to achieve weekly/monthly/annual goals & incentives.
Good organizational skills - you’ll have the opportunity to develop several of your own projects at once, so you’ll be required to be diligent in your approach.
A positive outlook towards day-to-day challenges in a Sales environment and a strong work ethic to hit achievable targets.
A competitive, driven personality as we set up fun challenges and incentives with the other US offices.
A willingness to learn on the job, as we provide full product training and ongoing support.
The ability to work within a friendly and close-knit team.
