Job Description
Koin is recruiting for an Operations Project Manager. This position is responsible for the overall planning, execution, management and reporting of multiple projects primarily focused on client implementations and launches, although vendor integrations and other projects in the payment and gaming space may be required. This is a customer-centric role which requires handling multiple projects concurrently. You will be working closely with clients and internal stakeholders (Dev/IT, accounting, operations, marketing, others). This role requires experience and expertise in managing strategic customer projects, driving project results, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and communicating with all levels of the organization. The client launch component also requires in-person client training.
