Qualifications
- Starting from $40,000 - $60,000 Annually (Based on experience and meeting company goals)
- Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday

Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years infield experience but not required.
- General knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes.
- Works quickly and efficiently while paying attention to detail.
- Works well with a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs.
- Proficient use of power and manual equipment and measuring tools.
- Trade Skills a plus: Framing, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, Electrical, Flooring, Tile
- Produce projects to standards.
- Maintain thorough records with Daily Logs.
- Measure and mark construction materials accurately.
- Cut, shape, alter, and install construction materials to complete residential remodels.
- Read and adhere to labels, safety regulations, building codes, and guidelines.
- Use and maintain tools/equipment in safe operating conditions.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with the production team.
