TitleSenior Analyst - Ticket Strategy (NBA, MLB, and MLS)
What are we looking for?We are looking for passionate, innovative, driven, and resourceful individuals who want to be part of our growing company and dynamic industry. The desired candidate is professional and self-motivated with an ability to perform detailed analysis and communicate insights effectively.
What would you do?As a Senior Analyst in Ticket Strategy, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to implement and execute ticketing strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Learn, articulate, and implement our unified ticketing principles
- Lead recurring client meetings, developing relationships with stakeholders
- Manage deadlines and execution of client deliverables through research, analysis, and leveraging internal tools/technologies
- Compile findings and prepare executive-level presentations and communications
- Apply technical and analytical skills to solve problems
- Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts across NBA, MLB and MLS portfolio
What is required to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent required; graduate degree (MBA or other quantitative discipline) a plus
- 3 years’ experience in a service-oriented consulting or analytical role (Sports, live entertainment, technology or financial services preferred)
- A passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client success
- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical aptitude and the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
- Ability to successfully prioritize deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to thrive in a lean, startup-like environment
- Proficiency with MS Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Openness to relocate to Houston, TX
