We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Membership Sales Person to join our team and help us grow our fitness community.

Job Description:As a Membership Sales Person at Family Fitness Centers, you will play a vital role in attracting new members and helping them kickstart their fitness journey. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing and selling fitness memberships, as well as scheduling initial personal training consultations for new clients. You will have the opportunity to earn commissions on each membership sold in addition to your minimum wage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective members and provide them with information about our fitness center and membership options.
• Conduct tours of our facilities, highlighting the features and benefits of our fitness programs.
• Utilize your sales skills to effectively close membership deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Schedule and coordinate initial personal training consultations for new members.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the fitness center.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including outreach to local businesses and community events.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Fitness experience or personal training certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for health and fitness.
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Availability for part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
