Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Special Events Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing and Special Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing marketing strategies across all media and evaluating a variety of special events to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute special events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate gatherings
- Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives in alignment with overall marketing goals
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience and determine event and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand
- Manage your budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and reconciling invoices
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Oversee event promotion through various channels including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
- Create compelling marketing content including copywriting for promotional materials and presentations
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline event registration and attendee communication
- Measure marketing and event performance using analytics tools and provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in event management or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research market trends and analyze data effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting purposes
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for events
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools such as social media platforms and performance marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for event promotions
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms for event registration and communication purposes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
