Requirements:

Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

Childcare experience required.

All candidates are chosen based on experience and/or qualifications. Once hired, all new team members must complete the following before training begins:

• Physical Exam
• BCI/BG check through state attorney general office.
• CANTS Clearance through DCYF
• CPR & First Aid Certification

Additional Trainings are required once hired including ProSolutions 18-hour training and 25 hours yearly.

Responsibilities:

• Run the day-to-day operation in the preschool classroom including parent communication, developing lessons and centers as well as facilitating pick up/ drop off, recess, snack, nap and lunch, etc. varying based on the age group.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
• Cleaning and maintaining your classroom.
