Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate party rental equipment and services
- Set up, operate, and dismantle rental equipment at event venues
- Ensure all rental items are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
- Provide exceptional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor activities to ensure guest safety, including potential lifeguard duties
- Coordinate with event planners and vendors for seamless event execution
- Assist with food service, if required

Skills:

- Experience in theater or events management is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Lifeguard certification is advantageous for water-related events
- Comfortable working with children and families in a public setting
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently
