Weekly Friday Pay
Show up on time, every day. Put in the work and go enjoy your afternoon and weekends.
We work 7:30-3:30 paid full the entire day.
Paid professional conferences at the Iowa State Short Course
Paid time off
Paid training
Paid minimum emergency rate if called in for emergency after hours services ($$$)
We like to take the afternoon off paid if we get a big project done early. HAVE THE AFTERNOON OFF-PAID? CAN YOU IMAGINE?
We are a close team. We are not the cheapest by any means and we don't try to be the cheapest. We do the best job for our clients. Our clients trust us to do what is in the best interest for their trees. We make sure that happens.
Arrive to Roland every day ready to work at 7:30am. Sometimes if the weather is going to be terribly hot we try to start earlier to avoid the heat (and get off earlier).
I don't expect you to know anything about tree work but I expect you to:
1. Show up on time
2. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
3. Worth ethic
I don't expect you to be an urban lumberjack (yet) but I think you would be surprised how much you would learn in grow in a few months.
