ERCC is a 111-bed, non-profit, short- and long-term nursing care and rehabilitation facility located in Elkins, WV. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

ERCC is seeking a Meal Assistant to assist residents before, during, and after mealtime. Position is Partial Part-time (PPT), non-benefited, and less than 30 hours per week. Ideal schedule is 4p-7p on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Holidays included.

Duties include:

Restaurant-Style Dining with teamwork that includes the following:

· Assist residents with setting up dining area, transporting, cutting up food, adding salt, pepper, condiments, etc.

· Promote dining for residents in such a manner and in an environment that maintains or enhances each resident’s dignity and respect in full recognition of his/her individuality.

· Distribute resident meal trays and drinks.

· Assist other staff with the transportation of residents to and from the dining room.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
