Job Summary:
ED HOWARD MAZDA is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. We provide paid training. Experience is a plus however for the right person we will train. Paid time off, Health, dental, vision and 401k. We have a brand-new dealership with all new equipment provided to do your job efficiently and effectively. We provide a great work environment and have amazing people working for our company. We do run background checks on all employees and must be insurable to drive.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on their vehicle status
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Educate customers on recommended services and products
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills to promote additional services, we only recommend what is needed and pride ourselves in honesty and integrity
- Ability to align customer needs with appropriate services
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates and recommendations

- Ability to build relationships and put customer satisfaction as priority
