Job Summary

• Reports to: Assistant General Manager and General Manager
• Regular, Part-Time, Monday thru Thursday
• On location: T-Mobile Campus Factoria
• Pay is $16.00/per hour plus tips

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing bar procedures
• Follows proper cash handling procedures and closing reports
• Maintains proper inventory levels and stocking
• Serves food and beverages to guests at the bar and in the pub
• Follows proper food and beverage safety standards
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar and pub
• Assists catering team with set up and break down of events
• Other duties as assigned from time to time
• Ability to set a fun professional work environment
• Able to think creatively and react productively during challenging periods
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and promotes a positive work environment

Required Skills & Abilities

• Reliable transportation to and from job
• Be able to stand for 8 hours
• Be able to carry 50 lbs.

Recommended Experience & Education

• 2 years bartending experience OR
• 3 years in food & beverage industry
• Must possess or obtain current Washington State Food Worker Card and MAST Class 12 permit
