Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young students and be dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment. Duties:
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children

- Assist lead teacher with instruction of established curriculum
- Provide guidance and assistance with daily routines such as toileting, feeding, and naptime
- Assist to maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
- Help implement effective classroom management techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a preschool setting
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to engage young learners
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Team oriented and enthusiastic about early childhood education
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for young learners
- CPR and first aid certification (required but may be obtained during hiring process)

- High school diploma or equivalent
