The Contract Designer- Copywriter works with subject matter experts to create compelling and on-brand marketing and sales enablement materials. The primary function of this role is to support the creative team (Content Strategy & Art Design) with workload.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with subject matter experts and extract key messaging for assigned projects
• Create accurate and engaging marcom copy
• Work with assigned design templates to produce key assets
• Photoshop images as needed
• Merge visual and written content into final content pieces
• Work with other members of the Communications team to ensure that all company branding and document control requirements are met

Qualification Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience writing for advanced technology B2B organizations
• Experience with multimedia content generation
• Advanced level copywriting, editorial, and proof-writing skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a variety of personality types/work styles
Previous experience writing for a commercial analytical instrumentation or Raman/TDLAS/QF sales and marketing is a huge plus
