Qualifications:
* Proven track record of delivering software projects/products while collaborating with external customers on scope, deliverables and schedule
* Skilled at partnering with engineering resources to ensure the solution meets the customer’s needs
* Comfortable walking customers through the software, its features, various use cases and limitations to help with scoping and approach considerations. (e.g. software demos and training)
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven track-record of leading small teams
* Ability to effectively manage multiple in-flight projects simultaneously
* Must be detailed oriented
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of project management and SDLC methodology
Applications Requirements:
* 1-5 years of experience of leading software implementation teams
* PMP Certification a plus
* Previous business/system analyst experience required
* Reputation for teamwork, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
* Selected candidates must pass the background review
