Delmar Gardens on the Green Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication and organizations skills to work in a fast-paced leadership role. The responsibilities include, but is not limited to: oversight of the admissions process, census development through nurturing and maintaining contacts with hospital and long-term care case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals and heading up community outreach and marketing efforts. Experience in long-term care with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid a must.
