WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Establish and maintain a solid relationship with clients.
• Establish relationships and be a point of contact with our integrated partner agencies.
• Support creative and strategy teams during developmental phases to help collect, organize, and provide all necessary creative assets and marketing materials.
• Collaboratively manage creative teams, kick-off projects and convey client feedback.
• Work to develop/help refine client presentations.
• Work with Account Director to lead both internal, integrated agency, and client meetings with confidence.
• Work side by side with project management to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date information on weekly status reports for all assigned projects.
• And any other tasks assigned.

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• Confident in managing the production and launch of multiple initiatives at one time.
• Excellent computer, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organization.
• Exceptional communicator, strong presenter.
• Knowledge of integrated campaigns indexing with a solid understanding of digital and social.
• 5 years of agency experience.

Salary range for this New York based role is $100,000-$110,000.
