ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with leadership, management and Children's Center providers, this position acts as facilitative agent for key initiatives of patient care. This position will help facilitate patients building relationships with their providers and work with others to help organize team efforts directly related to patient care and education. The position is responsible for providing patients with education regarding the mental health environment and providing direct support to staff and providers as they interact with patients to ensure provision of the highest quality patient service. The main objective of this position is to help maximize enrollment (new patients and retention of current patients) through improved customer service, patient satisfaction, an patient and caregiver education.
