Admissions and Operations Manager

Location: Remote with occasional in-person work in the Bay Area

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 10AM-12PM and 1PM-3PM PST (20-22hrs/wk)

Role Summary:

Join our team as the Admissions and Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at EFBA. From managing program registrations to handling finances and ensuring compliance, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program registrations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless process
• Handle financial tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and providers
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations and strategic projects

Requirements:

• 1-2 years administration and finance experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools
• Commitment to professional development and growth mindset

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve standing, walking, and lifting items occasionally.
