Dental Arts of Santa Fe is a small cosmetic and general dental office in the heart of Santa Fe. We focus on cosmetic and complex reconstruction dentistry but also superior quality general dentistry. We are different than most offices, as we prioritize one patient at a time to deliver an unparalleled level of patient and provider interaction. We are not a high volume dental office. We are not in-network with any insurances, but we help patients navigate the complexities of dental insurance and submit all claims for them.
Dr. Jonathan Plaza and Dr. Jessica Mervau specialize in different areas of cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics (Botox, Dermal Filler, PDO threads, bio-stimulator), and of course, general dentistry.
Salary: $21 - $29 per hour. The pay depends on experience, resume and being the right person for the job.
The Position: Front Desk.
As the Front Desk at Dental Arts of Santa Fe, your role is to be a leader in the office, collaborate with the doctors and other employees to provide exceptional service, manage the daily schedule, perform selected admin duties, present cost, collect payments and manage the phones/scheduling. As a small office, your duties are broader than most front desk positions. Ideally, we are really looking for a self-motivated, team player who is looking for a unique opportunity and maybe a little tired of large, fast paced dental offices.
Responsibilities
- Support the office as a whole by maintaining office systems
- Being the main connection for patients to the dental office.

- Scanning in important documents to patient’s charts
- Manage all phone incoming calls and patient messages

- This is not an exhaustive list. But as the only person up front, your duties are part office manager, part front desk.
